    Dans le cadre du 48th congrès de l'ECLSO, la SFOALC a le plaisir de vous convier à une journée d'initiation à la contactologie dont le programme est validant pour votre DPC ! (L'inscription au DPC est réservée aux participants du congrès de l'ECLSO)

    Registration Categories:

    ECLSO MEMBERS: Any member of a contactology Society affiliated to ECLSO benefits from a preferential fee.

    ECLSO NON-MEMBERS: This category includes non-affiliated ophthalmologists and independent optometrists.

    ECLSO MEMBERS FROM EASTERN COUNTRIES, ASTOC (CONTACTOLOGY TUNISIAN ASSOCIATION OF OPHTHALMOLOGISTS) & SMOC (CONTACTOLOGY MOROCCAN SOCIETY OF OPHTHALMOLOGISTS) MEMBERS: Albania, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldavia, Poland, Kazakstan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine.

    ORTHOPTISTS AND ALLIED HEALTH PROFESSIONALS*: This category includes ophthalmic nurses, orthoptists, technicians and optometrists employed by ophthalmologists.

    FELLOWS, RESIDENTS & GRADUATE STUDENTS*: Available to those currently in a residency or training programme. A letter of verification from the department chairperson or clinical supervisor is required at the time of registration and a proof of date of birth. The maximum age limit for trainee registration is 40 years old.

    ACCOMPANYING PERSON: Accompanying person’s registration gives access to welcome cocktail.

    * Written statement required: Please note that for all reduced registration types you will be required to send us a written statement, i.e. a letter of verification from your employer, a work ID or business card. If you have any questions regarding this please contact us.

    ** The ECLSO Joint Meeting dinner will be held on Saturday September 15th, 2018. Information will be given at a later time.

  • EACCME® credits

    The 48th European Contact Lens and Ocular Surface Congress, Mandelieu La Napoule, France, 14/09/2018-15/09/2018 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 13 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

    Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number ofAMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at 
    www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

    Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. 

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellation should be notified in writing by email to the registrations department at: regist-eclso@europa-organisation.com
    • Cancellation received before 2 July 2018: 100% refund.
    • Cancellation received from 3 July 2018 to 2 August 2018 included: refund minus 50% penalties.
    • Cancellation received from 2 August 2018: no refund.

    The Organising Committee can not be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will apply.
