I forgot my password. How can I login?
--> You can ask for a new one by clicking the "Forgotten password?" link on the login page.
You will receive by email a special link to re initialize your password. If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.

I want to modify my password!
--> Click on the button "Forgotten password?".

What is the deadline for submission?
--> The end of submission is 2 July, 2018 at 10:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time).

The special characters do not not appear in my submitted abstract?  How do I resolve this?

Can I revise my abstract after it has been submitted?
--> You will have 72 hours to modify your abstract.
In order to modify your abstract, please click on the button "modify my abstract" and follow each step as you did for submitting. Change the information you want to modify, then don’t forget to click on the SAVE button to register your changes.

I want to modify my abstract but I am over the 72 hours authorised for modification; what can I do?
--> Past this delay, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to: support-eclso@europa-organisation.com
No changes will be possible to the abstract once the submission deadline passed.

I would like to delete my abstract / cancel my submission.
--> You will have 72 hours to cancel your abstract, click on the delete button. You will receive an automatic email as confirmation of your cancellation.
Past this delay, we kindly ask you to send an e-mail to: support-eclso@europa-organisation.com

When will I know if my abstract has been accepted by the scientific committee?
--> Abstracts will be mainly considered for Poster presentation, only a few abstracts will be chosen for oral presentation.
Results will be available end of July. You will be able to consult them directly on this online abstracts submission system with login and password used for submission.
Information will be sent only to the « contact », to the e-mail address registered as login. As such, please make sure that the contact information is up to date.

I need more information about the congress.
--> The preliminary programme of the congress along with details regarding the meeting (housing, registration, general information...), are available on the Congress website: www.eclso.eu

My question does not appear in the above list.  Who can I contact ?
